A fantastic experience meeting Colten Keen!! I had a problem with an error message on one station of my sprinkler system. I was searching for help and someone recommended Keen Precision Irrigation. I called Mr. Keen (Colten) and he was very courteous and professional. Long story short......Colten came by, and, after looking at my controller, he said that the problem was likely a resistor on the valve of the problem station. He was correct, and solved the problem quickly. Then, he opened all my inground valves and checked the wiring......re-doing many to clean up some "messes". Then, he checked a large pop-up sprinkler head in my flower bed......it was cracked and had been wasting water for a year. Colten said he would be back around noon the next day to make the repair as it should be done. He is a man of his word. His price for all the digging (in mud) and making my repairs was IMO.....not enough. I will never have any concerns about my system again.........he warrants his work for six months. I think that I will sign up for his annual system checkup. It is a pleasure to give Mr. Keen a VERY STRONG RECCOMENDATION !!!! Hap Peterson
